I have been going to Michaela for my lashes (and some mini therapy) since 2018. I've followed her from place to place for 6 years. I will never have anyone else do my lashes. That's how exceptional Michaela is! Booking appointments is always simple. She responds promptly when I reach out to schedule. She works swiftly and precisely with remarkable accuracy. I've never experienced pain or irritation after a session. I often forget that I have lash extensions because they are so comfortable. Her studio in McKinney is conveniently located, charming, cozy, and consistently clean. She is an absolute expert in her craft. Now, let's discuss her personality and client interactions. Michaela always treats me like a close friend or family member. Like most beauty professionals, she ends up playing therapist occasionally. She's a wonderful listener and extremely kind—she never shows any sign of being tired of my rants about trivial matters! 😂 I eagerly anticipate my lash appointments. Not only do I come out looking fabulous, but I also leave feeling fantastic. You might spot me heading to my car with fluttery lashes and a spring in my step. My mother and I visited over the weekend for massages and facials, and I must say, the treatments were absolutely wonderful!! We've been to numerous spas and have indulged in countless massages and facials all across the country, but this experience was one of the best we've had, providing the most relaxing massage and facial treatments ever!! The spa was impeccably clean and beautiful, from the front desk to the restrooms in every room. The spacious waiting area, separate from the front entrance, was gorgeous, private, and featured a large cozy couch alongside delightful teas and infused water that were offered to us. Every product they used smelled fresh and felt incredibly soothing. The facial treatment was more than just a facial, with an amazing hand and foot massage preceding the actual facial service. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am eagerly looking forward to booking another session soon and would highly recommend this McKinney location. Convenient public parking is available right in front, and you can spot their charming neon pink sign from the street. Our experience there was so delightful that I felt compelled to leave a review because I am thoroughly impressed with them.
