I have tracked Lily from beauty school to Central Design. She is a breath of fresh air, and an exceptional barber. I adore visiting her for hair styling. I visited a salon for a perm and Franci did an amazing job! I explained my desired look and she executed it perfectly. She was friendly and communicative, providing detailed explanations throughout the process. Franci even recommended specific hair products and shared tips on maintenance. After a thorough consultation, she went above and beyond by making sure we could do the perm on the same day, even driving to Eureka and back. It was a fantastic experience for my first perm, and I am so glad I chose Franci.
