Volunteering at the forefront institute for my university was a valuable experience, but the personnel displayed utter disrespect towards me and my peers when we requested to use the restroom facilities after providing free labor to support their projects. We were instructed to go around to the main entrance for check-in to access their restrooms, yet upon following this procedure, there was no one present to assist us or complete the check-in process. After perusing other reviews on Google, I must admit, I am not surprised.
Recently, one of their employed social workers was arrested for grooming and engaging in inappropriate behavior with several minors under his care. This raises concerns about the credibility of the individuals they choose to hire.
The colleagues/staff exhibit a high level of disrespect. I am disappointed in the organization and question how they maintain a 4-star rating. Perhaps it is only the younger individuals contributing to the rating, hoping they are not arrogant towards their older relatives/partners. It is worth noting that there is only one review, which fails to discuss the organization itself, focusing solely on someone delighted to be reunited with their friend.
