I hope I never have to visit another place for a haircut. Jordan Smith and their team are not just skilled stylists; they are like a family providing tender care to their clients. I receive compliments about my haircut and color wherever I go, and I always anticipate my appointments! The individuals at Style Excellence are the greatest!
I have been loyal to Taylor for 15 years! I follow them wherever they go! They are the absolute best, and always make us feel stunning walking out that door! Not only do they enhance our outer beauty, they always acknowledge our inner beauty too! I couldn’t ask for a better stylist and I am so grateful for them! All the folks here are amazing!
Well, never got to experience their talents. Wouldn’t pick up the phone until after 3 attempts of calling them, they did answer only to boast that they are a very busy salon and appointments are weeks away. They mentioned someone would call you to schedule something for several weeks later. Handing the phone off to someone saying they don’t have time for this, RUDE! I am easy to get along with and generous with my tips, always a walking advertisement, but apparently, they don’t need anyone right now because they are so busy. Just understand, you are as busy as your next customer.
