My usual hair salon has really gone downhill in quality lately and I've been on the lookout for a new spot. My first visit I had Alex, they were fantastic! Checked in with me every step of the way to ensure I got what I wanted and was pleased throughout the process. They introduced themselves and we conversed, treating me like an individual not just a customer to rush through. I returned for a fresh cut when it was time, I intended to book an appointment but forgot. Jordan was available and styled my hair this time and I absolutely LOVED them and the work they did. They took their time and engaged in conversation with me. Cracked a few jokes, they were very outgoing and I savored the entire visit. I asked for a simple trim and they did an amazing job! Constantly checking in to ensure I was satisfied with the process. I've only had it for a day and have received so many compliments. I believe I'll be booking my appointments with them in the future!
This is my go-to salon when in LA. They are consistently busy but not set up to cater to large crowds at once like some which is a plus for me. Has a serene pleasant ambiance. They do stay busy so I tend to schedule an appointment. I usually go for a blowout and highlights. I have never encountered any issues here. They also offer competitive pricing.
