My initial visit to Alternative left me feeling disappointed with my hair outcome. Despite the stylist being amiable, the stark line between my roots and blonde highlights was not what I had envisioned. The suggestion of booking another appointment for additional coverage did not sit well with me, especially after spending nearly $400. I had requested a solid blonde color but felt like I only received a cut with toner.
Stumbling upon this hidden gem while traveling, my daughter and I decided to get our hair done at this fantastic establishment. The customer service was impeccable, the staff friendly, and the salon clean and easily accessible. Convenient parking near the entrance added to the overall positive experience. I couldn't have asked for a better time, thanks to the wonderful girls who assisted us.
I had a fantastic experience with Melissa at the salon. She executed my hair cut and highlights exactly as I had requested, offering valuable suggestions along the way. The salon itself was pristine and aesthetically pleasing, with a friendly and professional staff that made my first visit memorable.
