If I could rate 0 stars for my experience today, I definitely would. I've visited this place a few times when I couldn't go to my regular salon, and usually, they do an okay job. However, today was a different story. I asked for a dip fill, but after the lady had already filed down my nails, she suddenly said she couldn't do the fill and insisted I needed a whole new set. I had just gotten a new set three weeks ago, and there was no need for another one. If she had been upfront about it from the start, I wouldn't have proceeded. After waiting for a long time to get the new set done, the result was absolutely terrible. I'll be seeking elsewhere to have this disastrous set removed. I will never return to this shop and would not recommend it to anyone.
Avoid this place at all costs! I visited in December for holiday nails and showed them the design I wanted. They insisted on giving me a whole new set instead of a fill, which was not what I asked for. Due to time constraints, I kept them as they were. When I went back this past Wednesday for a fill and a shorter length, the lady completely misshaped my nails. Two days later, my pinky nail broke in half while I was asleep. I had it "fixed," but the technician didn't remove the entire acrylic nail and just glued a new tip over it, making it feel like it could come off any moment. After another nail broke, I have decided I will never return.
The service I received was below average. I went in for a fill and a nail repair, but the results were disappointing. The nails were crooked, improperly shaped, and even had missing paint on the sides. The service felt rushed, despite the empty lobby. Choosing a nail color felt hurried. The quality of the nails did not justify the $50 price tag. I do not recommend this place.
