If I could rate 0 stars for my experience today, I definitely would. I've visited this place a few times when I couldn't go to my regular salon, and usually, they do an okay job. However, today was a different story. I asked for a dip fill, but after the lady had already filed down my nails, she suddenly said she couldn't do the fill and insisted I needed a whole new set. I had just gotten a new set three weeks ago, and there was no need for another one. If she had been upfront about it from the start, I wouldn't have proceeded. After waiting for a long time to get the new set done, the result was absolutely terrible. I'll be seeking elsewhere to have this disastrous set removed.
