K's Nails

The service felt rushed, and the quality of work on my toes was subpar. I believe that payment should correspond to the level of service provided, and rushing through the process doesn't yield accurate results. My toes were not cleaned properly, and I still had cracked heels on the bottom of my feet. Additionally, my nails were not filed correctly, halting the process. Even after returning home, my fingernails and toes looked dry, and the cracked nails remained unchanged.

Typically, this is my preferred spot to visit. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I had a scheduled appointment at noon. The pedicure seemed well done at first. Yet, just two hours later, the nail polish easily rubbed off with my thumb, indicating it hadn't dried properly. I returned immediately and they fixed it. But five hours later, while putting on my socks and shoes to walk my dog, the nail polish was once again blemished. I expected it to be completely dry by then. Feeling frustrated, I decided not to contact them again. It was a waste of $40, as I had to remove all the nail polish 24 hours after the pedicure. Very dissatisfied with the experience.

Outstanding job on my nails and the service was top-notch. I accidentally left my phone behind on Sunday. When I called after closing hours, I found out they were closed on Mondays. However, the owner redirected her calls to her cell phone just in case I tried to reach out. She even came back to the shop to let me retrieve my phone. The level of service provided was truly exceptional. I am grateful for their cleanliness and excellent service!
