My initial visit to Alternative left me feeling disappointed with my hair outcome. Despite the stylist being amiable, the stark line between my roots and blonde highlights was not what I had envisioned. The suggestion of booking another appointment for additional coverage did not sit well with me, especially after spending nearly $400. I usually see Brandi, but over the years, I have seen pretty much all of the other stylists also (if I needed to get in quickly, Brandi was on leave, or I was making appointments for other family members).
