Elements Massage

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this establishment. I was convinced to sign up for their subscription service to pre-book my massages. I scheduled a massage in advance because I work out of town and can only come on specific dates. However, I was shocked when I received a call just 2 minutes before my appointment, informing me that it was canceled. There was no effort made to reschedule with another therapist that same day. When I asked for a refund due to their failure to provide the service I paid for, the manager, Clarissa, refused and directed me to email mcallen@elementsmassage.

Hey there, I recently visited the North 10th street location for a prenatal massage. While the customer service was excellent, I was disappointed with the quality of the massage. Despite requesting deep pressure on my intake form, the therapist did not provide that level of pressure. I understand the challenges of massaging someone in a side-lying position during a prenatal massage, but it can still be done effectively. Throughout the session, the therapist simply applied oil to my skin without addressing my specific needs. When I mentioned experiencing pain on my lower right side, the therapist acknowledged it but did not adjust the treatment accordingly. After multiple attempts to contact the location, I was promised a call back from a manager on Monday between 8 am and 3 pm, which never materialized. Following up, I was advised to call again the next day to discuss a potential refund.
