Terrible haircut experience. Requested for layers but they were all uneven. Will have to seek another stylist to fix it. It appears as if someone randomly snipped through my hair. Very dissatisfied. Will not return. Cannot recommend.. if you visit there, they will mess up your hair. I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this establishment. I was convinced to sign up for their subscription service to pre-book my massages. I scheduled a massage in advance because I work out of town and can only come on specific dates. However, I was shocked when I received a call just 2 minutes before my appointment, informing me that it was canceled. There was no effort made to reschedule with another therapist that same day.
