However, upon entering the premises, I was greeted with a chaotic environment filled with random items scattered about. Despite the limited massage supplies of petroleum jelly and Nivea lotion, I decided to proceed with the appointment. The massage therapist, Kim, spent a significant portion of the session merely pressing on my back rather than providing a proper massage. Upon requesting lighter pressure, they complied, but the massage session continued with a focus on one area of my neck, leaving me feeling increasingly tense. The therapist then proceeded to apply lotion to my arms and elbows in a manner more akin to self-application post-shower rather than a professional massage. With half the session remaining, I requested them to stop as I felt worse off. After a brief discussion, I expressed my discomfort and requested to cease the massage. The manager intervened, inquiring about my well-being, and I detailed the unsatisfactory experience. When I sought to verify the therapist's credentials, the manager evaded the question, leading to a series of unhelpful responses. The lack of transparency and professionalism left me thoroughly disappointed, and I cannot recommend this place.

Upon calling the wellness center to inquire about booking a same-day appointment through a discount voucher, they advised me not to purchase the deal directly. Instead, they suggested taking a photo of it, assuring me they would match the price. However, upon arrival, they presented me with a different rate and adamantly refused to honor the Groupon price. The person attending to me was exceptionally rude and did not even offer an apology for the time I wasted. I promptly left during the massage session as it became evident that they were trying to upsell services beyond what was advertised.

I would suggest giving this establishment a try, particularly during off-peak hours. The pricing is reasonable, offering a good value for a quality massage without the need to splurge on high-end spa services.
