In need of a new salon for acrylic nails, I decided to try out Heaven Nails and was impressed! I was seated promptly and there was a full staff available for other customers as well. They paid great attention to detail when shaping my acrylic nails, and I appreciated their kindness. I will definitely be returning.

I would give this place a rating of 0 stars if possible. I had booked a couples massage as a surprise gift through a discount platform and was eagerly looking forward to the experience. However, upon entering the premises, I was greeted with a chaotic environment filled with random items scattered about. Despite the limited massage supplies of petroleum jelly and Nivea lotion, I decided to proceed with the appointment. The massage therapist, Kim, spent a significant portion of the session merely pressing on my back rather than providing a proper massage. Upon requesting lighter pressure, they complied, but the massage session continued with a focus on one area of my neck, leaving me feeling increasingly tense. The therapist then proceeded to apply lotion to my arms and elbows in a manner more akin to self-application post-shower rather than a professional massage. With half the session remaining, I requested them to stop as I felt worse off. After a brief discussion, I expressed my discomfort and requested to cease the massage. The manager intervened, inquiring about my well-being, and I detailed the unsatisfactory experience. When I sought to verify the therapist's credentials, the manager evaded the question, leading to a series of unhelpful responses. The lack of transparency and professionalism left me thoroughly disappointed, and I cannot recommend this place.
