Had the most divine massage experience today at Magnolia House! Finally used a long-held gift card and regret not doing so sooner. Brian was my therapist - incredibly polite and skilled. I am now a loyal patron and highly recommend this establishment to others.
Absolutely unreachable, attempted for a week to contact them via email and phone for a simple inquiry. Planned to visit on my birthday but plans have now changed. (Now it's a 1-star for your exceptional customer service response)
Excessively pretentious and unproductive. Spent a significant amount on my partner's eyelash treatments, only for them to start falling out within hours. Additionally, not permitting our well-behaved child inside while my partner sought another chance with their services. Will no longer patronize this business. Multiple improvements needed. 👍
