I am truly let down by my recent experience at this salon. Despite being a loyal customer, I will not be returning. My appointment, scheduled for 9:45, did not begin until 10. While the technician was friendly, I felt neglected as she engaged in conversations with other clients, causing my session to extend until 12. When I politely mentioned my concern about running late for another appointment, the response I received was dismissive. Although I understand that unforeseen delays can occur, my appointment was allotted for an hour and 15 minutes, not an additional 45 minutes. Towards the end, the technician attempted to rectify the situation, but it felt forced. Another nail artist had to intervene to fix an acrylic mishap that resulted in discomfort for me. Despite the technician's repeated inquiries about my satisfaction, I felt compelled to express contentment due to my tardiness and mounting frustration. I paid $75 for unsatisfactory nails. Dameisha was exceptionally friendly and exceeded my expectations with my nails. She executed the design flawlessly. The pricing was reasonable, and the atmosphere was welcoming with a very amiable staff.
