I've been a patron at Urban Oasis for over a decade, both in the city and out in the countryside. Apart from Taylor (5⭐️), The masseurs have been quite inconsistent. Today marks my final visit. The experience felt like being tossed in a whirlwind - the rapid movements and starting with the legs felt odd. I choose not to disclose this MT's name, but this elder gentleman seemed to treat me like a trial run, that's the impression I got - and the hasty job on my hair was comical, 30 seconds and done. It didn't bring calm or relaxation, rather it was stressful. Moreover, the amenities have remained unchanged since they first opened two decades ago. (The shower faucet handle practically comes off the wall.) It would be appreciated to have some products catering to male clients in the locker room - though it doesn't matter since I won't be returning. With plenty of competition in the vicinity, it's disheartening to see the service quality fluctuate while prices rise.
Brealyn is absolutely fantastic! It was my son's first haircut and he had a blast. Plus, I got precisely the style I wanted. I highly recommend her services!
