I've been a patron at Urban Oasis for over a decade, both in the city and out in the countryside. Apart from Taylor (5⭐️), The masseurs have been quite inconsistent. Today marks my final visit. The experience felt like being tossed in a whirlwind - the rapid movements and starting with the legs felt odd. I choose not to disclose this MT's name, but this elder gentleman seemed to treat me like a trial run, that's the impression I got - and the hasty job on my hair was comical, 30 seconds and done. It didn't bring calm or relaxation, rather it was stressful. Moreover, the amenities have remained unchanged since they first opened two decades ago. (The shower faucet handle practically comes off the wall.) It would be appreciated to have some products catering to male clients in the locker room - though it doesn't matter since I won't be returning.

Amina messaged me at 7am to confirm my 8:30 am appointment. Upon arrival, I inquired about Amina's presence, and both individuals replied with a "yes." After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be, and was told an hour. It was evidently longer than an hour as she had just begun. I expressed my desire to cancel my appointment, citing the unprofessionalism of the situation. These establishments need to be held accountable for their lack of respect for clients' time. At the very least, an apology should be offered. My apologies, I overbooked; if you could return later, I can provide you with a discounted rate. Instead of an apology, she simply responded with an "okay." I desired a nail service close to home, so I decided to try out Classy Nails! I am thrilled that I did! Taylor did my nails on three different occasions, and she is EXCEPTIONAL at her craft! From assisting in color selection to ensuring uniform nail length, she is truly adept at her work! Previously, I always opted for nail tips due to technicians not allowing my nails to grow beneath the dip powder. Now, my nails are impressively long! Her partner performed a much-needed pedicure for me, which turned out beautifully! Quick yet meticulous, he is equally skilled! I believe he would excel in nail services as well, though I have yet to try his work! Online booking is available for convenience, and the pricing is quite reasonable in my view! I plan to remain a loyal customer for as long as possible!
