Veronica is incredibly kind, did an amazing job on my toenails, and her prices are fantastic!
Veronica has canceled on me twice and arrived late to my appointment twice. I get that things happen, but showing up 1 hour late with no excuse is just ridiculous. I texted her 5 minutes after my appointment time and got no response. I called, no answer. I texted again 20 minutes later, and she finally replied that she's on her way, but it'll be a couple before she gets there... those were her exact words. To most people, "a couple" doesn't mean 40 minutes later. So, being 1 whole hour late, I couldn't even get a manicure and pedicure because I had another appointment afterward, so I only had time for a pedicure. To top it off, when I booked the appointment, her prices were lower. She waits until after my pedicure to inform me that her prices have gone up. What? Firstly, showing up 1 hour late, she shouldn't even charge me for the pedicure, or at least she should have honored the original price we agreed upon when I booked. I attribute this to Veronica being young and lacking experience in customer service. She needs to improve because her handling of this incident was very unprofessional and has now lost a long-time customer.
Veronica was very friendly and professional. I adore how she does my nails and pedicure. The service doesn't feel rushed but is carried out with professionalism. Thank you, Veronica.
