I have frequented this nail salon with my mother for a decade now, and I am enamored with their services. The pricing is fair, and the quality of work is exceptional. Lee consistently ensures that my nails are impeccably shaped and of the perfect length during each fill-in session; my nails remain intact for a full four weeks without any breakage. Additionally, her expertise extends to creating flawlessly arched eyebrows every single time. I am resolute in my decision to only entrust my beauty needs to this establishment. The service I receive here never fails to exceed my expectations :)
I recently had a gel manicure done on Friday, and to my dismay, the nails are already beginning to peel off by Sunday. This is not the first time I have encountered this issue; during the summer, I had to return the next day for repairs on two peeling nails. It is disheartening to pay a substantial amount only to receive subpar results. There is a definite need for the salon to hire more skilled nail technicians. I had switched to this establishment from another salon in the hopes of better quality, but unfortunately, the experience has been worse. Regrettably, I will not be returning and strongly advise against patronizing this salon to anyone I know. I intend to express my concerns over the phone on Monday since the salon is closed today.
My visit to Andy's Nails left me thoroughly satisfied! I indulged in a pedicure and callus removal, which included a soothing leg and foot massage. It had been two years since my last professional pedicure, and my feet were in dire need of pampering. Melissa was my nail technician, and her meticulous yet gentle approach was a breath of fresh air. Her delicate touch, methodical technique, and pleasant demeanor made the experience truly delightful. I will certainly request her services again in the future. Despite arriving an hour before closing time, I was efficiently attended to within 40 minutes without feeling rushed.
