This place is good for hair removal ONLY. On Saturday, 7/28/23, I went in to get my armpit hair removed but made the mistake of getting a facial as well. The experience was terrible. The esthetician (who I believe is pregnant) was rough, and the products kept getting into my nose and mouth. Despite my discomfort, she didn't adjust her technique or explain the procedure. While she was kind, the lack of professionalism was disappointing. Hours later, my eyes were irritated, and the next day, I woke up with a nosebleed. It was a horrible experience, and my eyes are still bothering me after 2 days.
Their service is top-notch! I recently got my eyebrows done for the first time, and they did an excellent job. I can't wait to go back!
AVOID LETTING THEM TOUCH YOUR LASHES! Although they did a great job with my brows, I made the mistake of trying individual lashes at their recommendation. When I saw the result, I was horrified. I looked like a doll, and it was a disaster. I had to have them removed, which took 2 hours, and my natural lashes were damaged. I left with puffy eyes and tears, and I had to leave for a trip that same night. Stay away!
