This place is good for hair removal ONLY. On Saturday, 7/28/23, I went in to get my armpit hair removed but made the mistake of getting a facial as well. The experience was terrible. The esthetician (who I believe is pregnant) was rough, and the products kept getting into my nose and mouth. Despite my discomfort, she didn't adjust her technique or explain the procedure. While she was kind, the lack of professionalism was disappointing. Hours later, my eyes were irritated, and the next day, I woke up with a nosebleed.
