This establishment is top-notch. The ambiance is pristine and inviting. My hairstylist, Taylor Adams, has been attending to my hair needs for more than 2 years now. She exudes warmth and professionalism in every snip. Taylor consistently delivers the precise style I request, ensuring my hair falls perfectly into place. I wouldn't dream of venturing elsewhere. I've had unfortunate experiences at other salons, paying exorbitant prices for subpar cuts. Taylor, on the other hand, offers very reasonable rates for her exceptional service. Today marked my first time receiving Xeomin treatment for my crow's feet. It's a tad early to judge the outcome, but I am confident it will reduce those stubborn wrinkles. The entire process was a delightful surprise. Kelsey was fantastic - swift with the injections, hardly felt a thing, which was a relief. Additionally, I was fortunate not to experience any bleeding and as of now, no bruising thanks to Kelsey's expertise. I'm thrilled to have such a convenient place near my residence. The setting is soothing, tidy, and inviting. The front desk ladies (Kim and Angela) were incredibly kind. I highly recommend Ideal Image to those contemplating trying it for the first time! I opted for gel X extensions at United States Nails. Unfortunately, half of my nails ended up being uneven, and one even fell off completely after just 4 days. The technician did not use sanitized tools and seemed to grab them randomly from a nearby cup. The wait time was too long for the subpar quality of the nails. I will not be returning to or recommending this establishment.
Update: Another nail detached exactly a week after the initial application. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and longevity of this $80 manicure that did not even last a week.
