This was the worst full set I've ever received! The quality and technique were subpar, and the technician displayed rude behavior throughout the appointment. I specifically requested a full set in their Mulberry color with an almond shape. However, she repeatedly nicked my cuticles and left the acrylic application uneven and bumpy. Despite my request for a fix, she dismissed it by claiming that the gel polish would cover the imperfections, which it did not. This experience was not only uncomfortable but also painful. When she suggested charging me for another full set to correct her mistakes, I made the decision to never return. On a positive note, the pedicure service provided by another technician was exceptional.
Absolutely zero stars for this salon... the recent change in staff has significantly impacted the quality of service. I will not be returning here. The salon used to have skilled staff, but now it seems like they have many individuals claiming to have 25+ years of experience, as per the owner. I had a disappointing experience when another technician attempted to fix my daughter's nails but failed to do so properly. I ended up paying $120 for dip and manicure, only to realize that the owner couldn't rectify the situation. My daughter was upset after the manicure, and we had to seek assistance elsewhere to remove and redo her nails.
I was on the fence about sharing my experience, but if I had known beforehand that they wouldn't properly remove my old shellac polish, I would have chosen a different salon. During my pedicure appointment, I made it clear that I had shellac polish on and wanted regular polish this time. The technician acknowledged my request but only lightly buffed my nails and applied polish without removing the shellac completely. When I pointed out the unevenness after the first coat, and asked for the shellac to be removed, she refused and attempted to buff it again. Unfortunately, the end result was disappointing, and I felt like I could have achieved the same outcome at home for much less cost.
