This was the worst full set I've ever received! The quality and technique were subpar, and the technician displayed rude behavior throughout the appointment. I specifically requested a full set in their Mulberry color with an almond shape. However, she repeatedly nicked my cuticles and left the acrylic application uneven and bumpy. Despite my request for a fix, she dismissed it by claiming that the gel polish would cover the imperfections, which it did not. This experience was not only uncomfortable but also painful. When she suggested charging me for another full set to correct her mistakes, I made the decision to never return.
