After being a loyal customer for years, I can no longer recommend this place based on my recent experiences. I prefer a simple haircut, and while I used to receive a good one here, the quality has declined. During my last visit, I waited over an hour despite being told it would be a quick wait. The stylists seemed indifferent to my presence. When I inquired about the delay, I received an unclear response about attending to another customer. Frustrated by the lack of customer service, I left. If I do return, it will be after a significant break in the hopes of encountering more skilled and attentive stylists.

I rarely leave reviews, but when I do, it's because I am genuinely pleased. The upscale salons may be hyped, but Terry's haircuts are top-notch. His passion shines through in his work, and I am absolutely thrilled with my new hairstyle.

Although the salon advertises walk-ins, I arrived two hours before closing for a swift children's haircut and was informed the next appointment was imminent. I checked in and was willing to wait, but a staff member not attending to anyone insisted there was no availability that day, despite no other customers waiting. I hope they resolve their online appointment system for easier scheduling, as my attempts to call earlier in the week went unanswered.
