After being a loyal customer for years, I can no longer recommend this place based on my recent experiences. I prefer a simple haircut, and while I used to receive a good one here, the quality has declined. During my last visit, I waited over an hour despite being told it would be a quick wait. The stylists seemed indifferent to my presence. When I inquired about the delay, I received an unclear response about attending to another customer. Frustrated by the lack of customer service, I left.
