A week ago today, I had an appointment with Taylor for a haircut. I took a photo and explained the type of cut I wanted. Needless to say the haircut did not even resemble the photo given. About 3/4 of way through I saw what she was doing and expressed my dissatisfaction. She got the manager and I told her this was not the haircut I had asked for. The bangs were too short and the layers were a mess. The girl was going to town with thinning shears even though I had asked for volume. The manager did her best to even things up but it didn’t fix the fact it was not what I had asked for even with a photo. The manager said if I got home and fooled with it and still had problems, to let her know. Well o sent an email and expressed my feelings and the fact that I paid $45 in total for an awful cut. I allowed 5 days for a reply and have gotten none. If there had been an apology and at the very least, a partial refund, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. I wanted to at least give opportunity to hear their comments on the matter. I do not like leaving bad reviews but, right is right.
This was my first time at an actual salon and I had a great experience. I think Peyton might be an actual wizard; over a month later and I still love how my hair looks everyday.
