I was doubtful, having recently relocated here. I randomly searched for a waxing salon hoping to find a reliable professional... when I stumbled upon her page, the reviews were outstanding, which reassured me. I also noticed during booking that it said "15-minute wax" initially... I was panicking lol, convinced it would be awful. But I can honestly say I've never had a better waxing experience, even with a Brazilian lady. She was polite, compassionate, and extremely professional. (She even indulged my nervous chatter) lol!
