The technician I had was skilled and professional, but I suspect they were overbooked. I requested volume lashes but received classic or hybrid at best. I was surprised when they tried to charge an extra $65 for nothing. Politely, I informed the individual at the reception that these weren't volume lashes; she literally laughed at me. I will not return here. I've had volume lashes before, and it was completely different. Each technician has their own technique, and the lashes turned out beautiful, just not as requested. I sent an email, and they refunded me the surcharge, but once again, I encountered a snarky attitude. I drove an hour to get there, full of excitement, only to now have to seek correction elsewhere. I don't get my lashes done often, so this was supposed to be a treat. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my entire experience from the reception to the variety of services. Thanks to Deidre for the complimentary eyebrow threading alongside my bi-weekly eyelash extensions. A big shout out to the fantastic work of Prema!! I am always satisfied with my voluminous eyelashes, and today I am amazed at how my eyebrows have been elevated to another level. Sincerely, thank you.
It's only been 2 days, and they're already falling off. This place is a FRAUD. Don't waste your time or money.
