Very disappointed. 1st visit and last. They gave me two different colors with the same number. My daughter clarified that the color wasn't the one she chose. She wanted pink, but they used orange. They corrected the mistake. Instead of using a callous remover like a cheese grater, they only used a purple scrubber. They also don't accept debit cards, only cash or checks. The massage was terrible. I'm extremely unsatisfied. The lady was rude when I pointed out the color mix-up.
Absolutely dreadful. Impolite. Excruciating! I went to have my nails removed. I expected an acetone soak, not to have them forcefully ripped off. It was painful, and when I complained and requested the soak method, he became confrontational. If I wanted medieval torture, I could have removed them at home.
Extremely clean establishment. The young lady who welcomed me was very pleasant. However, the gentleman who did my pedicure and nails was awful. He didn't add any salts or soap to the lukewarm foot soak, didn't use cuticle remover, and didn't provide a lotion massage. Unfortunately, he also did my nails and was very impolite. My nails were too wide, so I had to file them myself in the car. A terrible experience for $93.00.
