I have been to different Sally’s in various locations many times before and have always HATED my experience. I was very hesitant of trying this one. But I am glad I showed up. The gentleman who was there tonight (I’m sorry I forgot your name. Long Purple hair) said hello to me, stopped stocking and walked over to me and asked what brought me there. I informed him that I got bored and just went with bleaching my hair without a game plan. He asked me all the right questions, gave me several options, and did not try to up-sale me. He was professional and honest. He introduced himself and was very patient with me, who had no idea what I was doing. And everything I bought tonight, worked!! I have never been happier! I am not quite sure on how all the other workers are there, but my Five Star review definitely goes to him! Thank you!
