Today, my daughter and I visited this place for the first time for pedicures and full acrylic sets, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The pedicure was incredibly relaxing, and our nails look stunning 😍 We will definitely be returning!
I have been a loyal client of Mel for nearly a decade. That alone speaks volumes about her skill and talent! Today, I had a delightful pedicure with Tyeesha. The team always does an exceptional job! Thank you all!
I must say, I truly enjoyed the staff and Mel! Their warm and welcoming energy was delightful. When I had a nail dilemma on my first visit, Mel came to my rescue and managed to squeeze me in for an appointment. The initial visit went smoothly. However, on my second visit, while Mel was doing my gel manicure, she only applied two fake acrylic nails on one of my fingers that needed attention... she mistakenly trimmed two of my real nails and left the rest untouched. Just two days later, one of the acrylic nails started lifting off, causing significant damage to my natural nail. It was a terrible experience. Mel did fix it, but I can't shake off the feeling that the application of the acrylic nails was not done correctly, as now the other finger with an acrylic nail is also coming loose. Moreover, the nails are getting easily scratched, which is unusual considering I paid $40 for a Gel Manicure. Unfortunately, despite the convenience of this salon's location, I am disheartened by this experience and will have to return to my previous salon. (Attached Photos)
