I've been a loyal customer of Rachel's for nearly 2 years for lash services, and I've never been let down. Rachel is always prompt and helpful in addressing any concerns I have about my lashes. I've also had waxing services done by her, and the experience has always been comfortable with the use of gentle wax suitable for sensitive skin. The salon is charming, impeccably clean, and inviting, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Whether you're considering lash extensions or waxing, I highly recommend visiting Envy Lash and Wax Bar.
I enjoyed this spot until I faced a car brake emergency that caused me to miss my appointment. Despite giving a 40-minute heads up once I realized the issue, they still charged me the full price. My vehicle was unsafe to drive, unbeknownst to me, and I spent hours at the mechanic. When I explained the situation and expressed willingness to pay a cancellation fee (even at 50%), they remained indifferent. Their lack of phone accessibility made it challenging to communicate promptly. I won't be returning.
