Absolutely terrible customer service! They wasted over an hour of my time only to tell me they couldn't cut my hair. I will never return to this establishment. I highly advise against patronizing a place that doesn't value its customers. It's disheartening to see more businesses prioritize profits over customer satisfaction, especially during these challenging times. This experience solidifies my decision to never return here again.

I asked for a simple trim, but the stylist ended up cutting off almost all my hair. It was a disaster! Avoid this place at all costs, the service and cuts are terrible.
