I initially visited this establishment for eyebrow threading, as other locations were consistently too harsh. The service here was fantastic and efficient. The staff always ensures your comfort before proceeding. Exceptional service indeed.
Kia is truly exceptional! I've been a loyal customer for years and I wholeheartedly endorse her services. She is incredibly skilled and consistently suggests the best options for me. The establishment is impeccably CLEAN! The entire team at this location is exceptionally kind and hospitable. I phoned ahead and was informed that eyebrow services were priced at $10. Upon visiting the small kiosk within the mall, which doubles as the brow bar, I was charged $12 plus a tip, totaling close to $14 for the service. The technician did not inquire about my preferences and simply instructed me to recline. I had to communicate how I prefer my eyebrows to be shaped. While the job was well done, I was displeased with the rushed atmosphere and the discrepancy in cost information. I would suggest opting for the main establishment instead of the kiosk.
