I visited for a filling. Informed I have periodontal disease, which I dispute. Instructed that without a deep cleaning, priced at $700 out of pocket (across 2 visits), they wouldn't proceed with my filling. Additionally, advised I require multiple crowns and additional fillings. Excessively insistent on unnecessary dental procedures and engaging in unethical business practices. I will NEVER revisit or endorse Aspen Dental, and I WILL be cautioning my family & friends to steer clear of this establishment!
Lupe was exceptional during my extraction. She held my hand and guided me through it all. Amber was equally exceptional and supported me during my initial visits with such care and warmth! I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
The staff was pleasant and welcoming. Managed to secure an appointment for the following day. The initial check-up took some time. It was a calming experience, and I didn't feel hurried in and out like at some other places.
