Denise is one of the proprietors of the salon. I entered to receive a full manicure/pedicure. She instructed me to return at 4:00pm. I complied, and I lingered there for 45min awaiting her completion of someone else's nails. There was no apology for the delay. I received a hurried service to the extent that she omitted applying the top gel coat of polish on my left hand. Her son, however, excels in his work! He is the reason I rate this establishment with two stars instead of one! My pedicure was delightful with no grievances. When I showed him my left hand, he rectified the error. Upon informing her of the incomplete painting on my hand, she proceeded to blame me, alleging I had tampered with the topcoat.
