Planet Fitness

This is by far the worst Planet Fitness location I have visited in the United States. The staff members are incredibly impolite. Many coworkers have expressed their plans to cancel their memberships due to the staff's behavior, particularly the manager. Accessing the massage chairs or tanning beds feels like a major ordeal, as they require extensive questioning and documentation that no other gym demands. Scanning my membership card upon entry should provide all necessary information. I visit during my lunch break, so time is of the essence. I cannot afford to waste precious minutes on paperwork. Marshall, you need to step up your game. This establishment falls well below the expected standard. I sympathize with the locals who believe this is how Planet Fitness should operate. I work in Marshall but reside in Shreveport, and this is not representative of the typical Planet Fitness experience.

The gym equipment and facilities are consistently well-maintained and clean. However, I was slightly disappointed by the limited availability of training resources.

The shower facilities at this location urgently need attention. The water pressure is barely a trickle, and it diminishes even more every time a toilet is flushed. The shower curtains do not fit properly, leaving significant gaps on both sides. Towel hooks are coming loose, and there is no convenient place to store shampoo or conditioner in the shower. This ranks among my least favorite locker room experiences at Planet Fitness.
