The nail salon staff provides quality service at a fair price.
The service was subpar. I only rate it two stars because of the excellent work done by Alex on my nails and toes. Despite that, the overall experience was unpleasant due to the staff's rudeness. It made me consider leaving without completing my appointment. I couldn't fully enjoy the pampering session.
I've frequented this salon multiple times and have generally been satisfied. However, during my recent visit, my daughter and I had our nails done, including tips and nail dip. While my daughter's nails turned out well, mine were a disaster. The technician did a shoddy job - my nails were too thick, uneven, and my cuticles were left in a sorry state. If you visit Karen Elson's salon, I recommend requesting a technician from either end of the row, as they both do excellent work.
