I went online to check in as we were driving from Canby to Marshall. Despite attempting to check in online at 10:30 am with a 1 1/2-hour wait, I was informed that online check-in was not possible and that we had to be physically present to check in. Arriving at the location 30 minutes later, we found it completely empty. The lady working there explained that she was the only one present and that the only way to check in was online, now resulting in a two-hour wait. All we wanted was a simple hair trim and a curl for a wedding. If online check-in is the sole method available, it should never be inaccessible during store hours.
I have never heard anything remarkable about this place, so I decided to bring my twins for their first haircut. A delightful lady provided me with excellent service to get us checked in and added to the waiting list, mentioning it would be about an hour or so, which was fine by me! Being from out of town, I had planned to spend some time in Marshall. However, after about 2 hours, I still hadn't received any call or text from the establishment regarding my place in line or the proximity to my turn, as they had promised I would receive about 15 minutes before. Disappointed, I headed home almost two and a half hours later. The day passed, and I still hadn't heard anything from them - no call, no text. Given that they are now closed, I understand, but I am absolutely dissatisfied! :(
