This is by far the worst Planet Fitness location I have visited in the United States. The staff members are incredibly impolite. Many coworkers have expressed their plans to cancel their memberships due to the staff's behavior, particularly the manager. Accessing the massage chairs or tanning beds feels like a major ordeal, as they require extensive questioning and documentation that no other gym demands. Scanning my membership card upon entry should provide all necessary information. I visit during my lunch break, so time is of the essence. I cannot afford to waste precious minutes on paperwork. Marshall, you need to step up your game. This establishment falls well below the expected standard. I sympathize with the locals who believe this is how Planet Fitness should operate. Denise is one of the proprietors of the salon. I entered to receive a full manicure/pedicure. She instructed me to return at 4:00pm. I complied, and I lingered there for 45min awaiting her completion of someone else's nails. There was no apology for the delay. I received a hurried service to the extent that she omitted applying the top gel coat of polish on my left hand. Her son, however, excels in his work! He is the reason I rate this establishment with two stars instead of one! My pedicure was delightful with no grievances. When I showed him my left hand, he rectified the error. Upon informing her of the incomplete painting on my hand, she proceeded to blame me, alleging I had tampered with the topcoat.
