May I give no stars?! Absolutely dreadful experience. Visited for a manicure, my nails are utterly ruined. Filed down too much, causing pain in my nail beds, and now the polish is peeling off in chunks along with my nails. It's only been two days. Now I have to find another place to have everything fixed. Before Dr. Smith, I tried a few other chiropractors and was close to giving up on them. I've been playing competitive volleyball and contact sports my whole life, and would visit a chiropractor when my back would ache. An update on my initial visit - I had made an appointment stressing the need for punctuality. After waiting for half an hour without being called, I left. I rescheduled for today but wasn't seen until 4 p.m., despite my 3:30 appointment. The person who attended to me was unprofessional, only removing polish from three nails before constantly leaving to attend to others without explanation. After 40 minutes, I got up and left. I will never return to this salon; it's the worst I've been to.
