I visited the Upper Marlboro location yesterday and was serviced by Riley and let me tell you his ratings speak for themselves!!! He was awesome, attentive and focused on my care. He’s very personable and warm. I would not want to leave out the front desk, however I don’t recall their names but these two young ladies brought the best team work humor to the front lobby ever!!! Keep up the great work ladies
Came here for my first ever lip wax and Aiden made me feel super comfortable about it, it was quick and painless and he talked me through the process the whole way; the wax doesn’t leave you red and skinless like the nail salons, they even threw in my eyebrows free because I was a first-time customer at EWC and I normally don’t let anyone do my eyebrows but we talked about the desired shape and he let me hold the mirror the whole time. They booked my next appointment before I left and I definitely will be back gladly! The facility was clean and the whole experience was fast from arriving to leaving. Ps, they do not take cash payments I didn’t know that
I love European wax cause it’s literally down the street from my house. It’s my 2nd or 3rd time going to get my Brazilian wax done by Aiden ! He’s so welcoming, always good conversation. He was very gentle with me when I was pregnant and after my pregnancy. 100% recommendation! He’s the best ❤️
