Filed down too much, causing pain in my nail beds, and now the polish is peeling off in chunks along with my nails. It's only been two days. Now I have to find another place to have everything fixed. An update on my initial visit - I had made an appointment stressing the need for punctuality. After waiting for half an hour without being called, I left. I rescheduled for today but wasn't seen until 4 p.m., despite my 3:30 appointment. The person who attended to me was unprofessional, only removing polish from three nails before constantly leaving to attend to others without explanation. After 40 minutes, I got up and left. I will never return to this salon; it's the worst I've been to. Before Dr. Smith, I tried a few other chiropractors and was close to giving up on them.
