My facial by Alex was fantastic. I've had many facials before, but this one was truly exceptional. Alex was extremely professional and accommodating. My face is radiant and feels incredibly smooth. Despite having large pores, they were hardly visible after the facial. The personalized skincare routine provided afterwards was a nice touch. The neck, arm, and hand massage was a delightful surprise! While she may negotiate slightly, her assistants lack the necessary skills in braiding and crocheting. Overall, not a satisfactory salon experience.
