CVS

I just left CVS and the woman at the counter was incredibly rude! I informed them that I had medications called in and asked if they would be ready by closing time, as it was 5 pm. I explained that I was feeling unwell and in pain. Instead of offering assistance, she callously mentioned that she was also feeling sick and understood my pain. If she was truly unwell, she should have stayed at home. It was evident from my appearance that my face was swollen and I looked like I had a stroke. I didn't want to cause a scene; I simply wanted to inquire about the status of my medication and hoped it would be available that day, as I had visited the doctor for that purpose. Fortunately, the doctor had administered an antibiotic shot, providing some relief.

I just experienced my second visit to the same CVS in Springfield to drop off a package. The first time, they claimed they couldn't print the UPS label even though I had it on my phone, and other CVS locations have done it without any issue. Today, I walked in with the package, already labeled and ready to go. As one of the employees went to retrieve it for me, the other abruptly stated that they don't accept packages after 7 pm, even though it was over an hour before closing. It would have been helpful to have had a note online, a sign, or some form of communication, especially when people go out of their way to bring in a package.

I absolutely adore CVS! They consistently offer fantastic deals, coupons, and rebates. The staff members are always so friendly and helpful.
