The service at this establishment is subpar considering the high prices. It is advisable to inquire about prices beforehand, as unexpected fees may be added on top of the already steep rates. For a basic new set costing $70, one would expect at least clean cuticles.
My experience at this salon was absolutely dreadful! I am inclined to give them a rating of zero stars. When my daughter and her friend visited to get their nails done, the technician who worked on my daughter's nails refused to let her leave until she provided an additional tip. It is unacceptable to coerce customers into giving more money for a tip, as tipping should always be optional. This behavior is akin to holding someone hostage, and I am thoroughly displeased with the service.
Upon visiting this salon, I requested a gel pedicure with acrylic on the big toe and acrylic gel tips. Unfortunately, the service I received did not meet expectations. The technician, possibly named Luna, only filed my big toe without a refill and provided a subpar paint job. Although Anna, who did my nails, did an adequate job, the tips are uncomfortably close to my skin. This disappointing experience has ensured that I will not be returning to this establishment.
