I consistently receive excellent service from this salon. I've brought friends and family along, and they have all had positive experiences as well. While we usually make appointments, there have been occasions where we needed a same-day slot, and they accommodated us. We always leave feeling well taken care of and with fantastic results.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I visited this salon for an urgent nail fix due to car trouble. Despite giving them three chances, each visit left me with complaints. Long wait times during appointments, unfriendly staff, and an overall unwelcoming environment. Surprisingly, the regular customers were kinder than the manager. During a fill session, the manager handled my nails and skin roughly, resulting in cuts on my fingers from excessive filing. The redness and soreness caused by buffing were evident in a photo taken the next day. The paint started peeling the day after the service, revealing bubbles underneath that I could easily move. One of the bubbles popped, creating a mess of wet paint. When I returned for a repaint, the manager made me wait with wet nails and displayed an unpleasant attitude throughout. He even buffed my nails aggressively, causing bleeding on one side. Despite a challenging repaint session, I was abruptly interrupted mid-conversation by the manager, who told me to leave. Two days later, the paint had already chipped on one finger. Avoid this salon for acrylics or longer nail services, as their expertise in these areas is lacking. It's surprising to see their high rating, as the local feedback is predominantly negative. I will never return here and will not recommend it to anyone. I'd rather risk my car breaking down than endure the subpar service at this salon.
The service here is pleasant and the ambiance is inviting. However, I left with my nails significantly shorter than I requested - I specifically asked for squared nails with soft edges, but the length was not as desired. The color I chose seemed to be quite popular as it required four thin coats, which was not what I expected. The pricing is fair, but accuracy is crucial for a satisfactory experience.
