My prior 2 encounters with a local hair guru were far from stellar, resulting in a less-than-desirable haircut. I stumbled upon Gloria's profile on Style Seat. I was torn between two thoughts: either her extensive experience would make her inflexible to feedback or she would be exceptional. Taking a leap of faith, I decided to give her a try, and I'm glad I did! Gloria immediately made me feel at ease with her quiet confidence and attentive ear to my concerns. Her reassuring "I hear you and I've got this" approach put me at ease. And she delivered! I left with the best haircut and stunning highlights of the year. This initial visit surely won't be my last.
